Gluten free cornbread
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really good product. My husband is a picky eater and not on a gluten-free diet, but this is his favorite cornbread! I am on a gluten-free diet so it's really nice to have something we both can eat and enjoy!

Great GF mix!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best GF cornbread mix I've used. Have tried 2 or 3 others. This didn't rise as much as another brand I've been using, but was OK, and the flavor/texture is much better. Will definitely buy again. Just a heads up--it calls for buttermilk, I substituted 2% and added vinegar. Might get better rise with buttermilk.

Tasty, rich flavor
I have always had great results using Glutino Corn Bread mix. The bread is always light, fluffy, and tastes great. Friends and family can never tell the difference between this product and other regular conrbreads

I can make it with fruit pr vegetables and change up the finished dish! Great taste too! Great for the Holidays!

Terrible, dry, tasteless.
I love Glutino brand. A few things they make are the best (seeded bread, crackers)..but this mix is mostly large ground corn meal and a spot of rice flour. Not a recipe, not worth buying. I couldn't even fix it with my - make it better - tricks the 2nd time I made it.
