I hate trying new gluten free foods. Especially baked items. Somehow they taste like cardboard or waaay too sweet. However, these muffins are great! The flavor is wonderful and they have those great air pockets that let the butter melt and get caught up in the pockets. My husband tried them and now will eat these instead of bagels very quickly!

Glad I came back to these....

Kathi February 28, 2026

I just switched back to this brand of gluten free English muffins and realized how much I missed this brand. Plus it's a better bargain. The other kind I bought was more expensive and you only get 4/pack, but they were very good also. So I think I'll stay with these %26 use the other once in a while for a change. The taste is very good, texture is good, they toast up really nice, although I always have to put them thru the toaster more than once, but I don't mind as I like mine brown %26 crunchy.

Recommend!

anonymous May 2, 2026

I can't recommend these enough. I have been gluten free for 2 years and have found all of the gluten free breads to be gross. Thought I would give these a try, not expecting to like them. But they are great. They arrived frozen and I kept them frozen until use. Thawed slightly, sliced and put in the toaster slightly frozen. Toasted to dark but not black. All recommended per Google search. I thought they tasted very close to an English Muffin. After all they are gluten free so they are not going to be exactly like an E.M. These will be a staple for me going forward.

Think of these as a new kind of c

James April 23, 2026

corn muffin. Pre sliced, so you can toast em up nice and golden brown. You will need to push the toaster down an extra time for an extra go-about to get them perfect. Slather with butter and yummmmm! Theyre really not tasting like english muffins at all and cream cheese doesnt go all that good on these. Think CORN muffin!!!!!!! with BUTTER!!! GREAT in the morning, or a quick snack. Very safisfying and filling.

Stop looking, this is the best GF option

IceCreamLover April 30, 2026

These far exceeded my expectations! They're twice as thick as a fully gluten english muffin, and how often do you get to say that about gluten free alternatives? They taste very light, and are easy to cut through. I personally had to toast them twice to get them crispy, but that could be a personal toaster thing. I will continue to return to these, even my gluten eating friends liked these!

Not Your Average G-free Bakery!

anonymous May 28, 2026

These are the absolute Best tasting gluten-free english muffins I have ever tried. Hands down! The gluten-free niche still needs A Lot of improvement (look'n at you hot dog and hamburger buns, yuck). These Glutino gems taste just like their glutinous cousins and toast just as well- texture included. I had to write a review and help spread the word. I've ordered twice and have included them on my 'Reorder' list. And, did I mention the price is Very reasonable? Yes. It is! Need gluten-free? Want the taste to make you forget it's gluten-free? Add these to your rotation. You will be very pleased. PS: I've checked other Glutino products, i.e. pretzels. Also very tasty and not easy to tell they're g-free. Even by those without the sensitivities. Try them. You will like them.

Texture and Taste are Spot On!

Kelly February 15, 2026

We've tried every brand of gluten-free English muffins on the market and none of them compare to this one. Texture and taste are spot on.. We have used them as a traditional English muffin toasted, toasted breakfast sandwiches, oven toasted garlic bread, and mini make your own pizzas. This one does not disappoint.

Safe to eat for everyone.

I have food allergies. Many, many food allergies. Peanuts, soy. You name it. With this product, I never have to worry. Some products will say, May contain soy or whatever the allergen is. But these are true to their words. It is my staple. hamburger buns. toast. You name it.

Meh

Mari February 18, 2026

These are very expensive and have a very spongy texture. There are lots of nooks and crannies for the butter to settle into. To be honest, it is going on 40 years since I had an English muffin, so I don't really remember much, just that they were firmer than these, and that's it. We are divided here on taste and texture. Half like them and find it acceptable, while the other half does not! They are better with more toasting. If you make them too light, they tend to fall apart, and aren't very good. That being said, if this s all you can find, and you miss English muffins, they're okay. If you're adventurous, there are lots of recipes online and you could make your own. I haven't tried Udi's yet, and I probably won't because their brand isn't what it was 30 years ago. I will try Canyon Bakehouse, because I remember them as being good. The other half likes this brand, so they will get them. I will review the other brand after I have one! The Glutino muffins are good with butter or whipped cream cheese. Peanut butter and jelly is a good choice too. I like Glutino for a lot of things, but I'm not a fan of these. I don't hate them, but we've bought three packages in the last couple of months. I have only . eaten one

These are the size and shape of English muffins. That is where the resemblance ends. They dovnot taste like English muffins, and they have the crumbly texture of cornbread. I would not risk inserting them into the vertical slot of a toaster. I used them to make English muffin pizzas. Even with the mozzarella cheese to hold them together, I had to eat them with a fork.
