doesn't bother my stomach I'm sleeping so better have more energy during the day haven't been taking it long enough to notice it helping my knees yet I highly recommend it

Good for sleep and muscle recovery
It really helps me sleep better. Also helps with muscle recovery after working out. I buy other Solgar products and trust this brand. I also like the glass bottles that I can recycle.

Best I've tried!
I bought this to help with sleep and have also bought another popular brand. The other brand doesn't give me the same quality sleep as Solgar does. I sleep solidly, have less disturbing dreams, and wake up more rested. I only wish it came in 1g capsules as I've been prescribed 3-5g nightly and that's a lot to swallow. Lol

Works well as a natural sleep aid
I've had to stop taking alprazolam pills for sleep and I've been trying holistic supplements along with cutting caffeine. Glycine was recommended in an article I read recently so I tried it. It seems to work pretty well as a natural supplement. I take 2 500mg capsules and I have had good results. Solgar is a well regarded brand and I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price.
