First time on Glyco renew
I was concerned about taking this product on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, but it worked out great. I feel so much better no brain fog no clammy eyes or foggy vision.. i'm looking forward to my next doctors visit to check on my A1c. I was considered borderline diabetic with prediabetes and was warned. If I don't bring down my sugar level, I will have to go on metformin which I do not want to do. !Fingers crossed.

Very good product.
So far only use this product for 2 days, it is very good, sugar usually runs very high after using this product it's been leveling out, Between 80 and 200, I thought it was just my imagination
