Do NOT take after lunch. Woke up at 6a, took half the pack, took the other half after I ate lunch, when to sleep at 3am. Took a day off, and did the same thing, same results. Third time took them all at 6a, no jitters, but was wide awake at midnight. Good stuff. Just have to cut the pack in half for me. 38 year old. 200#

Great supplement. I have noticed a faster muscle recovery and I feel mentally sharper while on this. This has made me feel better while cutting weight. Likely from negating nutrition deficits. My overall sense of happiness and mood have been great each day I take this.

took the whole pack all at once the first couple days and was a good rush!!!! almost to much, now i break it up half in the AM and half at lunch. these actually work paid 105$ for 2 months so not that bad

This is the best Pre-workout supplement, and its great that you get a post recovery and a multi Vitamin. A little exspensive but with it.

They're ok. The energy isn't enough to power a workout so I think I'll go back to the packs with creatine and keep using preworkout.

In every pack at least one pill was broken. Not worth the recently raised cost.
