My FAVORITE flavor so far, tastes like cinnamon toast crunch cereal milk, or horchata if you know what that is. I will likely ONLY order this flavor after trying a couple others.

Cinnamon Toast flavor works really really well with the texture. This one doesn't feel heavy or make you bloated either. Very easy to drink, very filling. A tad bit expensive for what it is.

So far, this might be my favorite protein. The Fruity Crips tastes amazing. It mixes very well and keeps me satisfied.

Completely takes care of my sweet tooth without having much sugar at all, if you're a person who can't really control eating habits like me this was a key part of my journey in losing 30lbs in 3-4 months.

I absolutely love this stuff. Easily the best cinnamon toast flavor of any protein I've tried, by far. The sustained release is also great to curb my hunger throughout the morning until lunch time. 10/10, my favorite protein ever. Only gripe is a wish it was slightly lower in calories, but I make it work and the flavor makes it worth it.

This product is how I began my fitness journey 1 year ago. The cinnamon toast used to really taste good, the last few I've purchased have been no where near the original taste. Now it's indescribable!! It doesn't even taste vanilla (and it shouldn't)! I'm sure it's not just me that's noticed, something definitely has changed! Now I am trying to figure out what my go to will be??

It's been about 20 years since I've tried GNC protein and it tastes exactly as I remember. It's not bad but there are definitely better ones out there these days for not much more money. It blends well but tends to foam and clump in a shaker. The energy seems good for a pre workout shake and it's filling enough for a post.

Formula change for the WORST. The old formula had quality isolate ingredients and the new has cheap whey ingredients. New formula tastes sour and leaves an awful aftertaste. We sincerely thought we bought an expired batch until we compared ingredients. The old formula was creamy, sweet and perfect for smoothies. We won't be buying from GNC until they bring back the old formula.
