Definite lifesaver!
Started taking black cohosh about 1cmonth ago, i was having severe hot flashes and night sweats and after 1 month my hot flashes are so much better and night sweats are gone. Id recommend this product. Always talk to your Dr. First but this one is a definite lifesaver for me!!

Awful Night Sweats…
I'm experiencing night sweats and someone suggested trying black cohosh so I brought a bottle a few months ago and it actually worked well,cut down upon awakening several times during the night. Works great!
I have been taking this supplement for 6 months. Since taking them it has help with my hot flashes a great deal. I told my doctor I was taking daily and she said that she heard good feedback from her female patients. I highly recommend this for women who are perimenopause and menopausal.

Really Helps!
I use this to prevent hot flashes and it really makes a difference. It must be used with a multi vitamin to be effective, great product easy to swallow. I definitely would recommend.

Works Great!!
Thanks to this GNC product, it helps my PMS. I can now sleep soundly, lesser hot flashes and cold sweating. I feel good. I only take 1 capsule per day.

Good to try for menopause
I have been using this product for about three weeks. I like it so far. It helps with hot flashes and those nightime sweats. Take with a glass of water. This product works.

Black Cohosh for hot flashes and night sweats
I bought black cohosh at your store in Rock Springs and had wonderful relief from hot flashes and night sweats within 3 weeks of trying your product. I feel so much better! It works so well for me and I feel like a normal person again!
