This product is absolutely been amazing for me! If you have urinary problems this is a must everyday go to! My urologist told me to take them!!

I was struggling with persistent UTIs (getting them every 2 months) and I couldnt take antibiotics often due to other health concerns. This was the only thing that worked, and Ive tried three other cranberry supplements. Thank goodness I found this! D-mannose saved me!

I began taking this at my daughter's recommendation....as helping to decrease UTI (urinary track infections.) I do believe it has helped to decrease mine. So I will continue taking it. I would recommend it to other women. No promises as our bodies are all different. But I do believe it has helped me.

I was having a problem with UTIs for about 6 months at least once a month which did respond to antibiotics. However, my doctor wanted to be sure everything was OK and referred me to a Urologist. After finding out there were no obvious problems, he suggested I take this product. It has worked wonders! I take 2 each morning (as suggested on the bottle) and I have not had any signs or symptoms of a UTI for over 8 months now. I do recommend trying this if you are having problems but be sure everything else is OK first so you aren't missing something important.

Essential for preventing UTI's. Our patient had a UTI every 6 weeks. Antibiotics would clear them up temporarily. Her urologist gave us instructions for improved toileting hygiene. A friend recommended Cranberry with d-Mannose. Ever since employing these two things, she has been free of UTI's. 9 months, and counting!

I cannot say enough about this product. It is nothing short of a miracle. I have been prone to UTI’s, and every Dr visit, meant yet another prescription. Every prescription came with its own demons, and fearful of `C diff when you have had too many. I wasn’t putting much hope on it, to be honest, if something sounds too good to be true, usually it is....too good to believe. This product worked faster, better, and less side effects than a prescription. It has given me such peace that I’ll never have to go to a clinic for an UTI. If someone offered me this, knowing what I do, I’d pay $10,000 for a bottle.

This may be a great preventative but this particular brand should not be used to treat any existing UTI. I took this under the assumption and after researching the efficacy of this particular supplement and was nearly septic by the time I sought medical attention. I can say that it definitely decreased the symptoms but the bacteria increased dramatically.
