I was told by a friend that Elderberry would help lower my cholesterol. My next Dr. appt. will tell all. On elderberry for 3 weeks and noticeably feeling better, energetic and BP is better than ever. I feel a good difference in myself since taking the elderberry. I recommend a try.

I struggle with severe allergies year round. These capsules have helped me fight back. I believe in natural remedies with Elderberry firlmy at the top of the list. The capsules are a nice alternative if you dont enjoy the taste of the liquid Elderberry option.

We have been using this product for years and are very pleased with it. We are convinced that it boosts the immune system. However, both this time and the one before it, delivery was unacceptably slow. In both cases I had to wait a week or more AFTER you informed me that you had shipped the product.

Sorry, Have N-O-T received it yet. We are in AZand the shipment went to MN but all our mail is supposed to be forwarded to our AZ address. HAve a big problem, because of COVID-19 we are leaving in 2 days back to MN so might loose it all together if it dont make it here to us in AZ by tomorrows mail! As for the product... I didn't even know about Elderberry until yesterday. Cold symptoms turned into flu symptoms yesterday morning; body aches, fever, chills, congestion. I researched natural remedies for flu online and Elderberry came up first in each result. Ran to GNC, took two capsules, and woke up this morning with NO MORE CHILLS, ACHES, FEVER and very minimal congestion left. Normally this type of flu turns into head and then chest congestion for me, and resulting in a respiratory infection. Not this year! I am convinced....

I start taking these at the onset of a cold or anything sinus related for my immune system. ..I haven’t had the flu in years to know if it works for that but for the rest it cuts the duration and symptoms in half. I keep this in my cupboard at all times.

These Elderberry fruit pills work great. At the 1st sign of a cold, flu, sore throat, etc. I take 3 of these 4 times a day for 4 days. They work. My colds used to be so bad, I couldn't kick them no matter what over the counter medicine I used. I would have to go to the doctor and get antibiotics and sometimes a shot in the arse of steroids to get healed up. Since I found out about Elderbery, I've not been to the doctor once in 6 years for a cold or flu.

Been taking it year round for years, as soon as I found out it was a good thing to do. We should all be taking it year round. I got my son started on it because I love him.

This was the first time My wife & I have tried this product based on a recommendation from friends & reading articles about it. Long story short, we will get it again. We believe it did help us and we did feel better by taking it. If any negatives, maybe the capsule smells & tastes a little funny, but then again, many of them do.
