Perfect single pill daily dose rate and clean simple formulation! I use this cycled with GNC Ashwaganda (600mg KSM-66) as a cortisol reducing and testosterone supporting anti stress therapy with good effect. While the GNC Fenugreek is clean and simple in formulation, I would recommend that GNC alter their Ashwaganda to mirror the principle of clean supplements and at very least remove the titanium dioxide from its formulation.

I ordered this because the close up on the bottle says, no wheat, no gluten, and no to many other allergens. I received my order and looked at the bottle, and it says, contains wheat. Sending back because of a wheat/gluten allergy.
