I've been using this product for at least 6 months and can totally feel the difference with In My Memory stamina and Exedra highly recommend as particular product for you on a daily basis especially if you're in your mid or early 50s.

I did notice an energy boost a couple days after starting to take it. I wish the capsules were slightly smaller, as they are big to swallow, but I guess that has to do with dose.

I use it for fatigue throughout my workday. I take one in the morning and it keeps me alert during boring meetings or before going out at night. If you take two a day, space it out. Taking them too close together did give me a headache.

GNC totally mishandled my order. Had to make PayPal claim and wait to get my money back as GNC failed to respond to any of my messages.
