GNC Herbal Plus Turmeric Curcumin 1000mg Extra Strength

I have chronic back issues (annular fissures, arthritis, herniated disks, and SI issues, and I'm only 30) not to mention arthritis in my hands. This is the most amazing supplement I have taken, and I lean more towards natural remedies. I ran out a few months back and due to the cost I didn't get any for about a month. I was complaining about how much pain I was in, absolutely miserable. A friend asked if I was still taking turmeric, and when my response was "I ran out", we made a trip to GNC right then and there. I took 2 tablets as soon as I walked out of the store, and within 8 hrs I already had a significant reduction in pain. As affective as NSAIDS. Some people don't notice a difference with turmeric, and others swear by it. I definitely say its more than worth trying, if it doesn't work, stop taking it. I still have pain, and get bad flare ups, but I take Advil with this when needed, but I will take this for the rest of my life.

I am a 73-year-old woman who has developed arthritis. I heard that Turmeric was good for minor arthritis symptoms. GNC have always been my favorite health store, so I used the 1000 mg Turmeric-Curcumin and it works. My ankle bones are not as swollen and sore as before. and are improving day by day. My doctor recommended this to me. I have lupus and fibromyalgia and was having severe pain. To be honest I was very skeptical but agreed to try it. The first month I couldn't tell any difference. My doctor said to give it another month. I did. And sure enough I woke up and was able to get out of the bed without help! A few days later I was able to make it all day without any pain meds!!! I still have a bad day from time to time but nothing like before. I will never be without this stuff!!!!

good product. there is a lot of literature to support its use. my only comment is that the online discounts should also be available at the store and the reward points should be able to be applied also at the store by just pulling up ones account (I do not have a smart phone and their was NO coupon online to download. I had to call the 800 # to retrieve my rewards). thank you

A couple of months ago I was diagnosed with Arthritis 0 negative, and RA, I had pain, inflammation in my body and face always feeling very weak....but doctors really didn't know what it was they assumed it was the Arthritis. they gave me a bunch of medications which I had a lot of bad side effects, pain in my stomach, my eyes started to get yellow, and I was worse! so I decided to buy this Turmeric and I also changed my regular water that was very acidic and that was causing more joint pain and sickness, to the Alkaline 9.5 pH. now I can say I feel so much better I feel Great! I can't be with out my Turmeric it helps more than the regular Motrins for pain.

I began taking this over a month ago. I break the tablet in half and take half at breakfast and half at lunch. I make sure to eat some black pepper on my food with this, as I was told by my sister-in-law who had success with this combination. I was extremely skeptical, because I have not had very much success with natural remedies for pain. But taking this supplement has alleviated my overall pain quite a bit. I can highly recommend this.

I've dealt with myofascial pain syndrome for the past 9 years and I get a monthly theraputic massage to help keep my pain to a minimum. My massage therapist suggested I start taking a tumeric/curcumin to help with the inflammation. I kept putting it off and putting it off, finally buying it after the 3rd month of her telling me about this stuff. I chose the GNC brand because I read some really good reviews about it elsewhere. I love the fact that there aren't any fillers. Oh. My. God! Within just ONE WEEK of taking it daily, I could tell a major difference. I wasn't experiencing as much pain and the tingling I get in my fingers and hands wasn't nearly as strong. I've been trying to get my husband to take it for his back pain issues but he won't because the pill is just way too big (beware, it is a "horse pill"). I'm going to get the 500mg pill for him, in hopes that it's smaller. But for me, I swear by the stuff! Highly impressed and highly recommended!

I love this product. I've used it after ending up with a lot of knee pain after an ACL repair. Works just as well as taking 2 Aleve, but without the side effects. My knee feels great whenever I take it - and I find that a dose generally lasts a few days! I don't need to take it every day! My only disappointment is when GNC.com charges more than Amazon. Right now,GNC on Amazon is charging $74.98 for 120 tablets, same product. So why would I buy it on GNC.com? Weird.

After one week of use I can only speak to modest improvement with pain and stiffness issues. The capsules are quite large; I'm finding them difficult to swallow.
