Kind of on the large side as pill sizes goes, but nothing you can't handle. If you know what this is for, it works just fine with body ammonia regulation and removal. Even if you take one pill, it'll make you urinate a little more often than normal, so make sure you counter balance that with increased water intake.

Better workout recovery, better morning wood results, due to improved overall circulation. I notice the difference if I'm ever not consistent with L-Arginine (which isn't often). I started using this supplement when I started training for marathons. I'm now 55 and I'm still more fit and healthy than many younger guys. It's not magic, but it definitely helps when you are willing to do the work in the gym.

Unsure if we got a bad batch or bottle but the bills keep busying open in my husbands pill organizer & its only these ones. Unclear if they are helping us reach our goals at this time.

I used them for a month to see if it would help with erectile dysfunction. But it did not work. I will not continue using them.
