Always like GNC products. Tried another product, that was cheaper. Big mistake: a lot of the capsules leaked. Never had this problem with GNC.

This is the best magnesium for me. I have a sensitive tummy and I have no problems taking this. I MUST take 1 every night due to having a condition called hypomagnesemia. My body can't hold on to magnesium. Please ONLY take magnesium with Drs. approval. This isn't something to take at random. A Dr. can do a blood test and let you know if you have enough magnesium in your body. In my case if not for those blood tests we wouldn't have discovered I have this condition. Everyone must have magnesium in their body. Taking it at night (an hour before bedtime) gives you an extra advantage and may help you sleep better. It does help me fall asleep.

I believe the magnesium supplement is helping me with muscle tension and relaxation. I have fibromyalgia, which makes part of my pain muscular. I also have degenerative disc disease in my thoracic spine, making the rest neurological. Anyway, I believe the magnesium is helping... along with turmeric... for the overall manifestation of pain.

Migraines!!! I have been dealing with insufferable migraine pain for years now. I'm in my 50s and at least once a month I am down for the count for days dealing with this nonsense. Sensitivity to light, nausea, head pain, missing work, etc. Prescribed migraine medicine that had no effect. Met with a new doctor that turned me onto this Magnesium over 6 months ago. OMG. I have not had 1 migraine since! I take this along with D3 2000iu. Its changed my life. I was taking this every day and have since cut back to every other day and still feel great. In closing, I am no doctor and my opinion I can tell you this has changed my life in great ways.

I really like the capsules (not pill form) I was taking Magnesium for a while and when I started using it I had to use both arms to lift myself out of a chair but by taking this my legs have become stronger and I don't need to be using my arms to lift my weight. I will be buying again.
