I'm on day 2 using Magnesium chews and day 1 i immediately started seeing results in my skin, my skin is brighter before it appeared dull due to the fact that i lacked in Magnesium. Good flavor, easy to chew. I was recommended to start magnesium daily due to a sudden decrease in levels due to being pregnant with twins. It was causing heart palpitations that were painful and scary. Two days after starting it, my heart palpitations have practically disappeared. I use them to prevent migraines, and I haven't had one since I started taking them twice daily (migraine free for almost 2 months). Prior to that I'd get one every 2-3 weeks. Plus they are also good for muscle cramps. 10/10 would eat again

I often suffer from leg cramps, particularly during the night, due to poor hydration. I started using the chews because, due to cancer treatments, I couldn't swallow pills. I was so thankful to find that GNC had Magnesium chews. I take 2 chews and a glass of water and within 2-3 minutes the cramps are gone and I am back to bed. Because they are chews and dissolve quickly they are fast acting. My husband takes them regularly now. I always have them on hand at home, keep some in my purse, and always in my travel bags. The only negative - they are a little sweet.

I have taken magnesium for a long time but the one that I ordered this time tastes quite different from what it used to be. Previous one was really delicious with real strawberry flavor but this time it wasn't strawberry flavor, it was very weird and has chemical smell. What is wrong with magnesium?
