[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the energy and metabolism it gives you the right amount of pep in your step and not make you have the jitters. And the time release formula perfection I don't see any others to have that.

I have been using these as a supplement for weight loss and energy gain and so far i'm very pleased. I usually take one in the morning with my breakfast and the second mid afternoon before my workout. They really do seem to give you a boost of energy and for me help me sweat a great deal more than I used to.

This is awesome works very good lost 50 pounds but in order you have to diet with the pill is only going to half that work but other than it's a good I would recommend this over centruim and equate vitamins I had lose before but seem to be helping that's why when found out about gnc energy and metabolism it worked very good. So go out and buy you some of these vitamins.

I have been using this for years! I can tell when I forget to take them. I start my day at 3.50 am est. and about 2:00 pm I take my vitamins and about 30 to 45 minutes later I get the boost I was expecting and it last until late into the evening. One thing I have noticed is that you CAN NOT drink anything with caffeine before or after you take them. The caffeine will not allow the vitamins to absorb into your body. Drink plenty of water before and after!

Helped keep me from getting sick when it was in the vita pack form! Going to try this along with the Preformix and see how it goes! Hopefully I might drop just a bit of weight and get below 200lbs!

Keeps my energy up and I can tell a difference if I run out. I am active in my late 40's. I think this multi-vitamin is great. Also think it helps boost my immune system.

I paid for two so that I could receive a third one for free. But when the order arrived, there were only two in the box. Advertising says this is a pay for 2 get 1 free deal, so I checked to make sure I wasnt wrong and I wasn't. This has happened before, with another GNC product from GNC, so I will never buy from them again. There problem solved!

I'm 60 and work out a lot. Tried it for 2 weeks. Didn't give me anymore energy, made me nauseous, couldn't sleep well, made my urine a florescent yellow color no matter how much water I drank. But the kicker was the day I got off the treadmill and almost passed out. Stopped taking them and felt better 2 days later. Might work for some, but definitely not for me.

If your young and started weight training , you don't need it. Just eat clean. If you never needed it in the first place, why take it. Seen a nutritionist, he said your body cannot take all of these vitamins each and every day. That's a lot going through your kidney and liver everyday. Ask yourself , for what? Why am I taking this? What if you don't one day? What happens? Everything breaks?? All you need to do is, eat right, stay hydrated and exercise. Thats it.
