I have been using GNC vitamins for years. I have tried many different brands, this one by far for me is the best. I take one a day instead of two. Works for me very well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's impossible to say if a vitamin is good or not — anyone who says they feel differently is falling victim to the placebo effect. Mostly, it makes expensive pee. In this case, it turns neon yellow, so it's at least doing that. For that reason, this is just as effective as any other vitamin and since it costs more that your average daily vitamin, it must be a good one, right? It tastes fine and doesn't have any ill effects on an empty stomach. It works for me.

Many years ago, I tried nearly all brand named multi-vitamins. Then I discovered Mega Men. Mega Men by far have the most vitamins than any other product I've tried, and the price is totally acceptable. I will more than likely continue to use Mega Men until I turn 50... where I may switch to the Mega Men 50 formula.

So since Covid hit GNC has been behind in there vitapaks the one I'm on is total body which hasn't been in stock in months , so after going through what supplements they use in that stack I have went out and bought all the pills in the vitapak but I went one notch higher than what they use , and this multi vitamin does it all it has more ingredients than any other vita pak that GNC makes I break it down I take one in the morning then one after dinner and what a difference cause now I'm giving my body nutrients all day and into the night I have only found one better vitamin than this one but the only draw back is it doesn't have the herbal blend that's this one has and believe it or not that blend does a lot for your body just ask anyone that's on a vitapak ask them how do they feel if they stop taking it this vitamin is the best try it for 30'days then you see the difference

I really don't know much about multivitamins, but I know that since I started talking these a little over a year ago I haven't been sick at all. I can't say that about the previous ones. Two pills a day is also much better than the four I had to take before. These multivitamins work for me at a great price. I'll stick with them!

I've been using MegaMen for over two decades and it has never failed me. It is a good supplement and an excellent energy booster. The best part of it all is that it does it with all natural ingredients. Being timed release it gives me my second wind just when I need it. At 60 years old now I don't need the two recomended tablets (I no longer work out) so I take one just before bedtime and the next day, after my morning cup of coffee, I am good to go. With MegaMen I don't feel the tiredness and fatique that I often feel. It is a very good product and I highly recommend it!

The bottle I just purchased has an extremely strong vitamin smell so much so that I've had to put the open bottle in a ziplock freezer bag and I can still smell it in my cabinet thru the bag .I haven't had any issues just not sure why it smells so strong haven't noticed this in the past

It is tough review a multivitamin in my mind. I don't feel too much different since I have started taking this vitamins except, I do feel a little more energetic in the mornings. Not as groggy. Which is a HUGE backing for my rating. My only "con" would be you have to take 2 decent-sized pills daily vs my last vitamins which was 1 pill daily.

If your young and started weight training , you don't need it. Just eat clean. If you never needed it in the first place, why take it. Seen a nutritionist, he said your body cannot take all of these vitamins each and every day. That's a lot going through your kidney and liver everyday. Ask yourself , for what? Why am I taking this? What if you don't one day? What happens? Everything breaks?? All you need to do is, eat right, stay hydrated and exercise. Thats it.
