The product itself is awesome! I've been taking it for years(I take 2 pills at bedtime) However trying to get the 3 mg timed release melatonin has been a headache lately. My local store did not have any recently which forced me to place an online order. When received 1 had expired in November and 1 this month. Went again to local store and was able to purchase one more that expired this month. What is going on??? Is this product being discontinued?? I really need this product.

My husband and I have been using these for years. The first time I bought them I didn't pick up the time release. They really didn't work, we would go to sleep but a few hours later we were awake and it wasn't a full night sleep. I went back and they showed me the Time Released and I purchased them. We sleep really good and all night, they work great for us. Now they're the only ones that I will purchase and as I said previously for years.

This melatonin is very nice. It feels clean, gentle and effective. But as with any melatonin I have to add Benadryl to it to be able to fall asleep.

It helps sleep through the night instead of just helping me fall asleep and wake up periodically during night

I have to admit I was very disappointed to see all of the 5 added "other ingredients" - especially the hydrogenated vegetable oil. The former compound only listed 2 "other ingredients"

Hasnt made me really sleepy when ive taken them but i guess you cant expect this to put you to sleep, only aids a little bit to your sleep, but ive felt it so little when i have trouble sleeping
