Very potent! Exactly what I was looking for. Although, there should be a warning for first time users to dose very very low amd build their way up to avoid harsh and scary side effects.

This stuff works well, I highly recommend you and drink plenty of water when using this product. You will need it and trust me your partner will be please also. For my experience I took 1 pill and was good for 2 days,when this stuff wheres off I felt this is also. As the package notes use about 45mins before your activity and you will be ok. Day 2 was even better because I was still charge up from day 1 day 3 the stuff wheres off.

This may be the best yohimbine around. But beware - it's very strong! I only take it when I need something stronger than caffeine to wake up, specially on work days after lunch. What I do is open the capsule and take about 1/5 of it. Yes, only 20% of a capsule! I'm very used to caffeine and other "thermogenics", but yohimbe surpasses them all. As to being an affrodisiac, forget it! Sorry to disapoint you... But this can be a great product if you need to work or study, thou.

At 50 years old the erections are not what they used to be. Took my first dose with dinner in Mexico and we hit the bed after diner. All is what I can say is rock hard. Felt like 18 again. Went for the second round within a couple minutes. The wife had to tap out after the second round. I was wired all night and tore it up again the next morning. Wow.

This does get you pumped and anxious. However, the side effects are real, ranging from: nausea, chills, high heart rate, cold sweats, goose bumps, and even sleep deprivation. When taking this split the dosage in half taking it with gatorade/water/food. Taking the whole pill on an empty stomach will make you ill to the stomach and feeling like you have the flu. I'm 6ft 220 and i felt like a lamb after taking it on an empty stomach prior to a workout. You will get amped, pumped, but be careful of the side effects on taking the full dose and cut it in half.

I took the Yohimbe in the morning. All day, I felt jittery. But, it did make a difference later that evening during "activity". The next time I took it after dinner. Again, it made a difference where it was noticable to my wife. But, the next day I was jittery up until about noon. I may not take it again.

Why would they sell this product in a capsule form? They should sell it as a tablet so that it slowly disolves in your system instead getting hit with it all at once with a capsule. I would recommend pouring the capsule into a drink, like Gatorade, and drink slowly!

Be careful when you take this. I took this supplement because it called for it in a 12 week workout program I just started. Took one dose and went to the gym and everything was fine until later that night. Could not go to sleep. had goose bumps all over my body. Sweaty hands and body sweat. Had the feeling of anxiety that night and the next day. I went to the doctor and he said that this dosage is very high and it caused me to have a anxiety attack. He prescribed me 2 Xanax to get me through it. I just took the first one and feel better already. I would NEVER take this again. Please don't take unless your doctor recommends this. This should not be over the counter and please take my word for it. Would not wish this feeling upon my worst enemy.
