So since Covid hit GNC has been behind in there vitapaks the one I'm on is total body which hasn't been in stock in months , so after going through what supplements they use in that stack I have went out and bought all the pills in the vitapak but I went one notch higher than what they use , and this is the super digestive enzymes version of what they have in the whole body vitapak but here is the deal so this product is suppose to be taken after each meal but in the vitapak they only give you one and it's far less ingredients this super one still wants you to take it 3 times a day but I only added two pills in my stack cause I don't have a digestive problem but if you do then buy this product cause it's the best GNC makes some really awesome products they use the finest ingredients in there supplements trust me I did my research for a long time and it leads back to GNC can't go wrong with this product or GNC

I love this product. I have tried many enzyme, but none have work like GMC Digest Enzymes. I have using this for years. I am not bloated or gassy, food digest beautifully. The price is steep. Infact when i first started using this supplement they were $9.00.. I recommend this supplement. L.smith

I have been this product for over 8 months and am extremely happy to take it: no acid reflux, no bloating, and no foggy memory!!! I totally agree with the 5 star reviews. I only take 1 capsule after meal and is enough for me but i prep meals with less or no ingredients that trigger acid reflux. Highly recommend this!

Does its job 4 digestion. Take 2 after every meal and your belly shrinks. Not instantly of course but with continued use. Especially if u are a big carb fan

Much, much better results than the prescription Creon I have been taking for years. Discovered this by error. Forgot my Creon on a trip so had to go to a store and find a temporary substitute. Will not go back to prescription.

I had gallbladder surgery about 10yrs ago and had to change my diet. As my body changes I have noticed a change in my digestion. These help to settle my stomach and makes digestion easier.

I have doubts because according to the instructions I should take two pills after eating. But I still feel pain. Would it be okay if I take them before eating?

Before trying this I did not really think I had an issue with my digestive system. I read a previous reviewer's remark, "full evacuation" I totally agree, solid full evacuations. I would recommend this product to others because it definitely is a benefit.

I had once tried another brand/composition of enzymes and it did not go well. Was hoping this would be better. After 3 days I developed GI distress. A couple of days of this convinced me that my body does not tolerate digestive enzymes in general. I stopped taking them and everything returned to normal. I did lose a couple of pounds, though.
