Heart health
Excellent product, I have been using this product specifically for over 20 years. It is for heart health and to stop cramping. I also take high blood pressure meds very necessary for that.

Aspartate means the product is combined with minerals for absorption. Per the web in general, one should limit there daily intake of magnesium to 400 mg per day. If I am reading the label correctly, there is only 20 mg of actual magnesium in each pill, hence 5% daily value. So it appears there would be no side effects in taking 2 or 3 a day. I started taking 2 a day, It is fantastic for sleep, leg cramps & anxiety !
