GNC Pro Performance L-Glutamine, 90 Capsules, Supports Muscle Recovery

Been using L-glutamine for 8 months now. I run 6 days a week and it has definitely helped with muscle repair and soreness. As well as boots my workouts. I take 2 before my workout and 2 after and it has definitely been a game changer to be able to wotk out every day and stay on shape.

I work out twice a day morning is weights and run afternoon is boxing classes. I'm real sore doing 2 a day burning up to 1,600 calories. I take these after my workout before dinner to help with my sore muscles. I don't feel as sore the next day.

I'm an older adult attempting to gain muscle size through heavy weight training. GNC L-Glutamine is crucial in the immediate repair of all muscles stressed during intense weight lifting.

I use everyday as I train in MMA and lift weights I'm noticing the change in my body in a really great way thank GNC for such a great product

These capsules are easy to take after a workout on the road. Easy to pack to take with you when traveling (vs powder). Nice price as well.

Really helps when you are drained

I've been using this product both before and after working out for several years now and it definitely seems to help with muscle recovery after strenuous exercise. Would definitely recommend giving it a try if your muscles seem to take a long time to recover after exercise!

Deceptive marketing from GNC. The bottle states 1500mg on the front, but when looking closer, each pill is only 750mg. I expected a higher standard from GNC.

I imagine it would be good if I ever did get it. But since contacting support gives you different answers by the day, I guess I won't know. In the meantime , I will prepare to contact my credit card about my missing order.
