Best sleep aid and recovery supplement on the market!!!Recommend!!!

I didn't really know if this supplement was doing anything for me until I stopped taking it. It does make a difference for me with respect to muscle recovery. I take it every day.

I have tried other ZMA brands and all of them have produced to me some reactions: Headache, dry mouth....etc. This product is really very good, and it has helped me to sleep and rest. and also to control oily skin. I recommend it !!!

Tablets got delivered quickly. Are very tasty compared to what I expected. The first time you take them they pretty much knocked me out. I take them as a zinc supplement so it’s best to take them at the end of the day.

These are amazing. They help immensely with sleeping and work like a charm. When I take them, I'm out 30-90 minutes later, without fail.

This is a great product not only for rebuilding and sustaining testosterone, but this is a decent aide for sleep as well.

I think it’s going well. I take one every night before bed. I sleep like a baby and wake up feeling healthy (minus seasonal allergies).

Recommend y’all but wish I had received my zinc when needed, but located it elsewhere.

I want to ask can i take half tablet in morning and half in evening or just half before sleep only,? I think 450 mg is to much can i take half before sleep only.
