Daily Probiotics (2 x day) Have Prevented My Yearly Colds and Coughs for the Past Three Years!
I take a probiotic (50 billion CFU) twice a day: at breakfast and at dinner in the evening. Together with a 30 mcg Zinc tablet, the Probiotics have prevented me from getting a cold/fever/flu/bronchitis over the past three years, whereas before adding them to my diet, I had yearly bouts of colds, fevers, coughs, bronchitis, etc. I consider the probiotic an easy preventative.

Excellent Probiotic
Excellent probiotic. I have used many brands over the years and this one works very well as I had to find a probiotic with no grains in it (many use barley, etc. for the culture). This one is very effective I am happy to say.

Great probiotic
These probiotics are very effective and worth more than the price i paid. I could tell a difference in my overall health after just one bottle. I highly reccommend these for anyone wanting an excellent probiotic.

The probiotic I used previously became unavailable so I tried GNC's Probiotic Solutions and I like it just as well. Give it a try!
