i drink a smoothie mixed with this powder 8 oz of water and a banana for breakfast. it tastes good and holds me over until lunch

Taste good. Has a bit of an after taste, probably due to the sugar alternative. Better tasting than most protein shakes. Doesn't leave me with a sour stomach like most other brands of protein shakes. Has become my favorite GNC flavor of protein shake.

I have used Lean Shake for many years! I do not like the normal? Breakfast but feel I need the Calcium etc I get in the Lean Shake! I do not make it according to the directions <G> Forgive me but I have my own recipe..I use a measuring cup and put in about three quarters of an inch of Coffee then add my scoop of Rich Chocolate Lean Shake and a squeeze of chocolate syrup, a secret ingredient then top it off with low fat milk! I put it on crushed ice...Relax in the Living Room with my Dog where we dine together and get on with our day! Have to say it has served me well! Yes I would recommend this product!

This flavor is phenomenal! Thin mint is my favorite! It is somewhat chunky though. I didn't realize until I got the Samoa flavor (it has coconut in it) that the chunks were probably 'cookie'. With that being said it all goes to the bottom so you can pitch that part. But the flavor is good and will buy it again!

Cookies and Cream is the only one I'll buy! I mix it with skim milk or almond milk and I could drink them all day. I've tried all the other flavors and with the exception of the Vanilla and Chocolate, the rest are fine! Mix the Vanilla or Rich Chocolate with Strawberry Kiefer milk and still pretty yummy!

I like it well enough. It was a substitute from my regular choice of Rich Chocolate which I couldn't get because twice I found the store closed in the middle of the day — no note why — in the University Mall in Burlington. Generally, I like these protein drinks. They're perfect after I've been playing tennis, or at lunch time when I don't want a big meal.

I tried berry because I've only liked the chocolate so far and wanted to branch out. It reminds me of the milk left over after eating a bowl of fruit loops as a kid. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it is too sweet for me. I will finish it, but won't order this flavor again. (It's not as overbearingly sweet as the caramel flavor though).
