I have been taking TriFlex for quite a few years. I was a runner for years which naturally does some joint damage. I am still very active working out with weights and walking usually for an hour when time allows. I also do all of my own yard work and do a lot of work at my church. I feel the TriFlex helps my knees, hips and other joints. As active as I am I am very pleased to have a product like TriFlex to help me maintain my active life style.

This product is amazing and so helpful for your joints which is the reason most marathon runners take the two key ingredients in it (glucosamine and chondroitin). GNC product so has went through a ton of checks for quality and potency. Awesome product to help keep joints healthy as get older.

1st and FOREMOST- if it doesn't work on You, it wasn't FOR You. I've been using this product for over 10yrs, it WORKS FOR ME. I can tell when I "forget" to take it -LOL. IF You do try it, You have to wait a few days until it "gets around Your body to work correctly" - You will know when it does.

I like this product very much. It really helps my muscles. I tend to ache a lot and this relieves the ache. Do take the dosage that is recommended. Once I tried to cut back. Within a week I noticed the difference in my body. I would recommend this product highly.

i have only 1 kidney through a transplant.. so i was a little concerned to use it... i may say i have bad knees.. well i started with 2 a day and believe it or not it worked onmy knees at 2.... im going to my kidney doctor to check blood test and if he give me ok ill take th other 2,, may be not. i wouldn't write this unless it worked...

I bought this item for convenience from Walmart online. It was for my friend overseas. My friend said it was very effective for knee problems. I bought two bottles for her and one bottle for myself . After taking it, I did not see much improvement for my knee. I suspect the product was not really GNC product. I strongly suggest Walmart to check the provider and do analysis on the product. If possible, I would like to return them because my friend has not taken them yet. The product is not cheap. It is $69.99/bottle.
