i have only 1 kidney through a transplant.. so i was a little concerned to use it... i may say i have bad knees.. well i started with 2 a day and believe it or not it worked onmy knees at 2.... im going to my kidney doctor to check blood test and if he give me ok ill take th other 2,, may be not. i wouldn't write this unless it worked...

I've been using this product for almost 30 years with great results for my arthritis. At one point about 5 years ago, after a visit with a rheumatologist who told me I was wasting my money, I stopped taking it. About 2-3 weeks later when I began to have significant joint pain, it dawned on me that the only change I had made was not taking Tri-Flex. So began it again - problem solved!! While I don't think there is any product that works for everyone, this works for me. Try one bottle; if there's no improvement in a month, it won't work. But you may find, like I did, that it's exactly what you need!

I have been taking TriFlex for quite a few years. I was a runner for years which naturally does some joint damage. I am still very active working out with weights and walking usually for an hour when time allows. I also do all of my own yard work and do a lot of work at my church. I feel the TriFlex helps my knees, hips and other joints. As active as I am I am very pleased to have a product like TriFlex to help me maintain my active life style.

I bought this item for convenience from Walmart online. It was for my friend overseas. My friend said it was very effective for knee problems. I bought two bottles for her and one bottle for myself . After taking it, I did not see much improvement for my knee. I suspect the product was not really GNC product. I strongly suggest Walmart to check the provider and do analysis on the product. If possible, I would like to return them because my friend has not taken them yet. The product is not cheap. It is $69.99/bottle.
