Arthritic thumb joint
LIFE CHANGING I have been taking 200mg 2x daily for years now for my arthritis in my right thumb joint. I do eyelash extensions and microblading and let me tell I can't live without it. I tried to take 500mg 1x day nope ??. It's gotta be 2x day. The Rancho San Diego GNC guy told me about this years ago. Saved me from surgery. The best thing EVER !!!???? No pain unless I don't take it. This is what works for me. If I could I would give it 20 stars
