I have taken these for over 20 years. They are by far the best of any hair, skin, and nail vitamins.
I really like these so far and they're from GNC! I can already slightly see a difference in the texture of my hair and skin. I highly recommend this product.

l didn't take these because of the cancer warning on bottle. I just don't want to take chances.
These are a different color and have a different scent than they ever have before I've been using them for five years. They smell like poopy chemicals beware they must be a fake.
