I've only been taking them for a month. I can't really say if I've noticed a change or not yet, but the convince of having all the needed multivitamins in one easy to grab pouch is priceless.

Absolutely worth the money for these vitamins. I am in my mid fortys and starting to feel very sluggish and tired all the time. Figured I should invest in some good quality vitamins. My boyfriend actually recommended this to me. So happy he did. I work in retail and on my feet for 6 to 8 hours a day. Been taking them for a week now and I do notice a difference. Although, I think I will try the one for energy and metabolism next time. This particular one does not contain iron. So I went today and purchased the women's iron complete. Will be leaving a review for that one soon. But yes, I highly recommend this as a good multi vitamin pack for women.

Love it! It's very convenient for me being a mom of 3 under 3 and breastfeeding taking vitamins is a must but it's tough to remember taking everyday when I still have them each in a bottle and this pack is a game changer and really helped me to take my vitamins everyday and even take it with me easily.

Everything in one bundle!!! Nice and convenient!!! Some of these are some really big pills and I didn't realize just how big until they came. Got them pretty quick and I think the price is decent for all you get.

I like the concept of the vitapack, but the pills are just too big.

The very large fish oil pill is very hard to swallow. For some reason it doesn't have a smooth coating. It has gotten stuck in my esophagus 2x. It's a bad design. Older people have trouble swallowing pills and this pill isn't exactly safe. I can't believe there haven't been complaints about it.
