I read all the reviews on these hearing aids. Ignore the ones that cannot hear with them. I have been deaf for over 50 years. I have bought $5000/pair. Then lost my hearing completely in one ear due to a stroke. The last 15 or so years I have bought the Soft Touch from Wal-Mart but I think over $400 for one now. Try them they are PERFECT. MOST of us are used to adjustable volume. These need a little included screwdriver but is NOT a big deal. Love they are rechargeable no battery! I am watching DISH at level 33 instead instead of 70! My hubby is happy. I am beyond happy! I bought the 2 year warranty just in case.
These things work exceptionally well for only $200 bucks! They are definitely "hearing aids" and not sound amplifiers. The charging case works great and so far the batteries have never run out even though I have them on from 6am till usually 10pm.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great tiny hearing aid that allows me to turn down the TV volume. I really like not having to relace the battery often. It is rechargeable!
I had a pair of very expensive hearing aids that I never wore because they hurt and were difficult to install. These are comfortable and easy to install and they work. I can hear the TV without turning up so loud.
I bought these OTC hearing aids on line for my Dad. One of them did not work at all. Called the technical support number. They were so nice. But still couldn’t get it to work. Took them to the store and returned them. Again they were so nice and helpful with the return and helping my Dad find another pair. My account was credited the same day!
The hearing aids are very difficult to adjust. If you want to increase the volume you have to take the aids out of your ear and use a tiny screw driver! Not easy to use.
yes i am very hard of hearing and i bought the GoLite OTC Hearng Aids...the Lite version is for QQpeople that can still hear a little.i made this miserake and im almost deaf in both ears. So check out your options before oredring your OTC hearing aids.
You must take them out of your ears and use the tiny screwdriver that is supplied in order to turn the volume up or down.
I bought this hearing aid but never get to work properly. (Left device is dead and there is no "reset" button) Contacted factory support, as instructed, and after several days, mails and questions back and forth, they answered to return it to Walmart. I´m sure Walmart will respond, but I´m travelling so cannot use them as I needed. Since I bought them with late return until Jan 31st 2023... I hope there will be a positive and easy solution.
I wear Hearing Aids, and these didn't work as good as I thought they would, the Right Ear kept buzzing, and would sound like static was in my right ear. I thought that if these worked I could change from the big goddy Hearing Aids to something smaller, but oh well I guess I will have to deal with the bigger Hearing Aids for now, VERY QUICK SHIPPING
