I purchased this tower and it was on my door step 3 days later. It was VERY easy to put together; took about 30 minutes. It's a very pretty color and I love the faux fur. It is also very tall, which I wanted since my cat likes to be up high. I put the tower by the back patio door as my cat loves to look out the window. My cat has been playing with the string mouse non-stop and loves climbing up to the higher levels to nap. I highly recommend this tower and I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. I did research for a couple weeks before I settled on this one. Great price for a great product.

Our two 5 month old kittens are loving this new toy. The hanging mouse has taken such abuse but is still there even with two pulling at it and trying to take it with them. The stair connection does not line up easily- the bracket could be shaped to allow the screw to be attached flush instead of at an angle but otherwise easy to put together.

Completely satisfied with hayneedle.com! The product is good quality for the price and my cats love it! Definitely got the ""wow"" factor. Not only would I recommend this overall experience ....but I already have! Also, it looks awesome in black.

My husband and I are very handy and thought we could build a cat tree ourselves. We saw this one and thought no problem, but why take so long to build something that was a good price, and rated easy to put together. So we purchased the tree.

Received this early, my boyfriend put it together in twenty min and cats love it! Amazing price for an awesome product. I won't shop anywhere else. I'll be buying a couple more eventually to make a crazy cat room haha

Easy to set up...looks appealing...reasonably priced...kittens love it! The only thing I would recommend to be different would be a hole in the larger condo box that leads to the top area of the kitty tree.

I got the box,,,a little heavy,,but i managed to get it in the house after the guy dropped it off and didn't knock on the door,,,after a couple of days decided time to put it together,,,it took my husband and i about 2 hours to put it together and find a spot for it,,,so far it has been explored and lost the kitty toy (replaced it with another),,,the platforms are a little small but sufficient,,,put catnip on the whole tree to get the kitties to explore it,,,only 1 decided it was ok and ate the catnip,,,all in all i am happy with the treehouse

The only thing that could have made it better, is to have an area when ordering to remark where to leave it. I needed it on the porch instead of steps as is heavy, Rolled inside after got help to get it up my steps, glad wasn't raining! I am waiting for flooring to be done before assemble unless find a roller that would work for a 6 foot tall item.
