Go Pet Club 80-in Cat Tree & Condo Scratching Post Tower, Beige

I bought this cat tower as an early Christmas present for my cats and they absolutely love it. The one with claws loves clawing the robe columns. This keeps her from clawing the furniture. The other cats without claws love the little hidey holes. And they love to sleep on the top of the little beds. Great product. Very sturdy. Was missing one piece but contacted the store and the piece is on it's way.

Although there was a small problem with only one of the screws out of the entire contents, I'm very happy with this purchase. They were able to remedy the problem easily and it didn't affect the completed tree at all. My nephew, and another male in the family put it together fairly quick despite the instructions not being as detailed as I personally would have liked. I gave this as a gift to my mother for Christmas and her cats just love it. I plan on buying one for myself soon. I also loved the free shipping!

This is a wonderful cat tree. My cats love it. It has plenty of cozy spots for all of them and they love playing with the dangling mice. It only took me 23 minutes to put together by myself. I would defintely recommend it!

It showes you pictures of each step, but each pice does not have a number or letter. My cats tree house is a little more shake than I like, and the screw on the top house does not want to screw in?? But for the price I will find ways to fix these problems..

I ordered this product as a post Christmas present for my 4 cats using gift cards I received from Wal-Mart. It was handy that the manufacturer allowed $0 shipping since site to store was not available. A+ The shipping was standard and it took a week to arrive, which was average and expected. B Upon receiving the item and attempting to put it together, the instructions were somewhat confusing until I took all my pieces, sorted them out, and put them in piles. It was sometimes hard to decide which post to use, and I even had to disassemble part of the condo to fix my mistake, but aside from that it was very easy to attach the pieces together. B- Finally, the finished product looked great and lots of fun. The cats love the mice up on top. One cat loves laying in the net which was surprising. The only problem for my cats is getting from the lower platforms to the upper platform where the big house with the logo sits. This would be no problem for kittens, but for cats it is a bit difficult. I have to put my cats on the platform if I want them to access that area. A- All in all, it is a fun product for cats and I am glad I bought it. There are a few setbacks to keep in mind, however, when considering. Still, if you do decide to purchase this kitty condo, there are good parts that I'm sure your cats will enjoy.

Excellent materials & easily assembled, BUT look very closely at the photo--there is no way for my cats to get to the top level. They cannot jump from the front post/den. I like the cat tree, but I will have to modify it somehow to make the top level accessible to my cats. There truly isno place/position for them to leap or climb from to get up there. In all other respects, the product is great. Too many parts to undo and' return, so only option is to make it work.

I think it is important to know what you are getting here. The price is the best feature of this unit. What you are getting for that price is: * Cardboard tubes wrapped in rope provide the supports for this structure. My cats LOVE being able to scratch at any level. * The platforms and the condos are covered in faux fur fabric - not carpet. I do not know how long that will last. * The small platform was unstable for any of my 3 cats which range from 7 to 14 pounds. I had to add wood planks from the platform on the right to the top of the small condo to add the stability needed. * The added planks were also useful in providing a platform from which to jump to the large condo area. * I expect the dangling toys will not last long so I thought it was a non-issue since they can be purchased easily and are very inexpensive. * I had to add cushion inside the condo as the fabric that covers the pressed wood is very thin. Overall, it is not a bad unit. I just believe I will have to do some work on it in the future (adding carpet where fabric may fail).

the unit is well made and easy to put together..BUT..it's top heavy and my senior cats have no place to jump up to reach the top...if they tried to climb it, it would tip over...so I took it apart, and got creative, putting the large hiding spot on the bottom, and then rearranging the rests of the condo differently than the picture...it's OK for kittens, because they can climb straight up, but older cats need a place to jump, rest, then keep jumping up..I also had to buy another condo to attach to this one because it's wobbly. Don't buy unless you intend to change the way it's assembled or can attach it firmly to another surface or wall.

...While putting the product together, the bottom "house" broke off and can not be fixed, as the base is made from a plywood material and there is not way to attach the peice to the stripped board. I still use the house for the cats but it is no longer attached to the entire peice. I reccommend this product for the cats, as they LOVE it, but to the buyer, be VERY careful during assembly bc the peices are not very sturdy.

I have called 2x so far. hayneedle contacts supplier. supplier has yet to acknowledge me. next step is returning a 68lb unit. not happy at all
