Ordered a medium for my French Bulldog. A small may have been OK for him but he loves all the extra room. The mat for the bottom is covered in faux sheepskin but is little more than a board. That didn't matter for me because I have a memory foam mat that fits perfectly inside the crate but if you want extra cushion for your dog, know that there is little from the included mat. The wide windows on the three side also are terrific for when my Frenchie wants to hide out but observe what is going on from the comfort of his home inside his home. Setup took about 3 minutes. Arches at front and back provide support so all you need to do is close the zippers on the arches and it sturdily supports the whole crate. It collapses flat just as quickly when you need to travel with it and it comes with a convenient carry case. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and it was for a fair price. Most importantly my Frenchie loves it.

Ive been using these carriers for years, all sizes. They are durable and strong. This particular size is not for carrying a dog though. We got it as a bed/hideaway for our old dog who hates storms. I figured she'd use it then, but she loves it so much that she sleeps in it every night. It is a standard crate size so I was able to get a thick mattress that fits perfectly. Now we don't have to worry and can zip her in the infrequent times we need to isolate her. Great product!

Love this! Perfect size for my 40 lb pup. She has anxiety problems and needs a comforting space of her own. The side flaps cover up the window screens which works well for her because she doesn't feel safe being "exposed". Great quality for the price and even comes with a travel bag to pack it in.

We will soon be traveling for 3 days with 5 cats. One of these is a recently adopted very small, 8 year old female Manx who had not had a pleasant life. While she is being integrated into the family, she is still scared at times. So, we got this crate for her to travel in. It is even large enough for a small litter box and it will certainly make her been more secure during a long trip. And, it seems to be well-made and is a perfect size for the situation. The window shades will also provide both privacy and protection. It will be easy to carry into a motel room at night and large enough for her to sleep in comfortably. We got a lot of bang for our buck!

The crate frame is not as sturdy as I had expected, but it is great for a dog that has no objections to a crate. It is easy to set up and break down.

I gave negative review under "fit" and "size" because the seller does not provide the precise measurements for the size of the crate. Even when I select "small" it says it can accommodate a 71 lb. dog...which is obviously incorrect. In order for a customer to make an informed decision and have less returns, they need to provide the measurements in width, height and length! I originally purchase a medium for a 10 lb dog and it was very roomy but really too large for her. I now have a "Small" which is shown as 24 in. It is 23.5 x 21 x 19 and a perfect size for a 10 or 15 lb dog. It comes with its own removable soft pad in the bottom that can probably be washed. it has flaps on the sides and in the back to allow viewing from all sides. or keep them closed. She does like to scratch at the opening when she is first put in and taken out so not sure how long that mesh will hold up....maybe a thicker material for that opening will help it last longer...but I am willing to try this due to how it folds up for travel, is lightweight and reasonably priced.

We bought this for an upcoming trip and it was a great price for the size. I love that the medium is big enough to fit both my boys!! I have two westies, one is 29lb and the other is 19lbs and they both can lay in it comfortably with enough room for them to walk around if they want to! Im not sure if this will keep them in as I haven't taken it on our long trip yet, but they stayed in with the zipper fully closed for about 15 minutes and no issues! I love this thing and I cant wait to take our trip with it. I would recommend it for puppies that don't chew as it is a soft crate. Both my boys were crate trained so they have no issues with it. All in all its super convenient and it packs up into a nice bag(even comes with stakes if u want to use it outdoors). One of my boys loves it so much he slept in it the day we got it.

Bought this for a dog that is so anxious when storms come through that she wedged herself under my bed and got stuck. This product is more like a camping tent than a crate, but being in it comforted her during the next storm. The only thing slightly negative I can say about it is that it is ridiculously huge.

The kennel was the right size but had a strong odor to it.

Within minutes of opening this crate, it ripped and was totally unusable. On contact with mfg, I was to pay return shipping AND be charged additional 25% to return the item. I will never purchase from GoPet Club and suggest to Walmart they quit carrying these inferior products.
