It's a great product for the price. I have a very timid and scared cat that hides most of the time. I put it in front of a window so it can be in the sun and the cat was exploring it the first night. After 3 days she is always on it and playing with it. It's simple to build and is nice and solid. You really get what you pay for with this product. It's not the top of the line but its worth it for the cost without getting crazy in price.

I purchased this "baby gift" for my daughter's new kitten. She took to it immediately and has been having a lot of fun on it ever since. It's well designed and solidly constructed. It's a good height and has fun play spaces. She loves the attached toy, too. I definitely recommend this if you want a happy cat!

This thing was easy to put together; it's sturdy; the cats love it. It resolved some unwanted climbing issues. I have six cats; they all enjoy their new furniture. For the money it's a definite winner.

We got this for our pet resort guest and It has been occupied since introduced to the cattery. They love it! The mouse was easily removed by the first day. Overall we are happy with the product

This tower was easy to put together, sturdy, and looks great. It had accurate measurements and fits right into the space it was intended for. But My cats (i have 3) don't use it... they look at it, they meow at it but don't climb and or play on it. it's a great product but my cats are A- holes lol

What I liked about ordering is how they keep in contact with you to let you know your package is on the way. I really loved the promptness of the delivery, and my hubby and I built this cat tree in a half hour or less very simple. Once it was built right away we had all three of our cats investigating it. Very nice design.

The product seems chealpy put together, but about what one could expect for the price. It was fairly easy to assemble and doesn't have much wiggle to it. It did have kind of a stange odor and my cat isn't very enthusiastic about getting near it; hopefully that will change soon.

WE FEEL THAT A STRONGER MATERIAL SHOUDL BE USED TO ATTACH BIRD TO UNIT. NICE COLOR AND STURY CONSTRUCTION.

This may work for kittens as it is not substantially constructed. Masonite was used instead of plywood and the scratching posts are not very big in diameter. I liked the design, but read the description carefully before buying. The price is not that much less than better constructed cat trees. I am returning this. You pay the shipping if returned as you cannot return it to Walmart. Thanks.

.... the "kids" got this from Santa for Christmas. The day after it was put together, they managed to get the toy off of the condo. No big deal - sort of expected that from reading others reviews. What I didn't expect 6 weeks in, was for the bed piece and pole assembly to completely come off of the condo. I tried to screw it back in and the plastic piece the screw goes into seems to be stripped? It will not "catch" so that the pole and bed can be reattached. And now we have a huge screw sticking up out of the condo where the pole used to be. Won't be buying any condos from this manufacturer in the future!
