there were a few negative things being the instruction were a bit complicated and the bottom box part of the cat tree was knocked in and the nail gun nails were bent out of the wood so I had to straighten the wood up and just hammer the nail gun nails down and hope nothing happens being I received this item damaged as I just stated and being the nails aren't there I just hope it holds integrity. everything else is GREAT, the carpeted textures and feeling of how soft everything from hammocks to the cushion pads or the sack beds, all the fabrics are SUPER soft and so high quality I recommend you keep this thing cleaned at a normal pace due to how cats shed you don't want this beautiful cat tree to get messed up if too many hairs get interlaced in the fabrics. anyway I say buy if you're set to buy a cat tree, this is a GREAT one, it's taller than me, it's wider than I though, it has great variations you can use so your cats can get around and jump to other platforms via turning the basket bed around 90 degrees so your cat can jump on another surface high up as an example.

This was kinda a monster to put together, but absolutely worth it!!! I put one of my cats on the top to introduce her and she instantly started purring and chirping while playing and rubbing up on the scratch posts! 15/10 would recommend!!

Wonderful quality and construction, Go Pet Club cat tree is a bargain for the money. I would recommend this item to anyone who wants to pamper their kitty. Extremely easy to build (a level 1 out of 10) directions are fool proof, it was great my kids helped (ages 7 & 11) put it together and I got to teach them how to be proficient using a tape measure (tape measure a must for proper construction) all other tools were included in the kit. Item comes in two (2) separate boxes because item is very heavy (110lbs plus total) which speaks to the quality and durability of this cat tree, so don't freak out that kit is incomplete, like I did at first because boxes are labeled in bold black lettering ""BOX 1 of 2 or 2 of 2"".

My cats love this tower. The directions were a bit cryptic to start but were much easier to follow once I got going. You definitely want to organize the parts exactly as they are shown in the directions to make them easier to locate. The tower is put together with screws which will be great when I need to dismantle it to replace the carpet (which is a given when your cats like to use their claws). I am impressed with the stability. This item has a very wide base and the entire tower is very heavy so I do not see tipping over as a potential issue. I have a large Maine Coon and she hasn't been able to shake this tower. Only con so far is the fake foliage. One of my cats is a young chewer and he immediately started trying to eat the plastic. I just tossed this part as it it does not add anything to the tower and I don't want a sick kitty. Overall, great item and great price. I have already recommended this to my friends.

This took about two hours to set up. It went together fairly easily. One recommendation would be to pre-number the boards and put it on the instructions. Loved that it came with its own little tools so you didn't even need regular tools. Heavy boards when stability needed too. Cats LOVE it and are already claiming certain zones and houses, everything from very old (18) to young (10 week) have been drawn to it since set up yesterday. Happy cattery right now!

everything! its sturdy, and attractive. its well thought out. i'm a senior and I got my exercise. Because its so tall I had to use a ladder for the top but my cat loves it, especially the top house. I'm sure it would be great for multiple cats. the platforms are unmarked but each has its own measurements. You get what you pay for. This one wont fall over or scare your cat.

What can i say but great prices, fast shipping, and great quality product. 5 stars all the easy

All of our kitties love this thing! I think it was an excellent purchase. I do think that it could have used a more durable mouse as it was torn off by the kitties on the first day.

TOXIC Formaldehyde!!! The formaldehyde smell was so bad that I got a headache and I had to remove the item from my home! I have never ever had anything smell this bad before. I bought other cat mansions from different brands I never had anything like this! It smells like its literally dripping in embalming fluid! Very disappointed that go pet club brand would use pressed wood of this poor quality toxicity! Very sad! Guessing if you buy this your cats going to end up having cancer and probably you and your family too! I hope go pet club will read this and change the way they make their products!
