Go Rhino 63492648T RB10 Running Boards

Upon opening the box the running boards came in I could instantly tell the care that was taken with packing them. Everything was packed and wrapped to ensure that there would be no damage during shipment. Once removed from the box, you could instantly see and feel that these are a high quality item that is going to stand the test of time. Install was pretty straight forward via the instructions on Real Truck's website. The only thing I had a tough time with was getting the nut plates into the rocker panel for the center brackets on both sides. There is not as much room inside the rocker as there is in the front and back mount positions and I had to spin the backwards to get them into rocker, the reorient them to the correct position once inside the rocker. Hard to explain exactly, but not hard to do or figure out on your own. The hardware is really nice and I even received an extra nut plate and screws to hold the running boards to the mounting brackets. All in all, they look great on my truck and are very sturdy when stepping on them (there is no deflection of the mounting brackets). I would highly recommend these!

These running boards went on very easily and look good on my new Tacoma. I live on a mile of dirt and gravel road and these boards keep mud and rocks from hitting my paint!!

They look great. A very good product and easy to install.

I would have given these running boards 5 stars if it came with coherent instructions. One set of brackets was wrapped in green one set in clear. One running board was wrapped in green, one wrapped in clear. You would think that means the green brackets go with the green running board; however the front bracket was flip flopped, the green front bracket is used for the clear running board and vice versa. The instructions don't tell you which brackets to use, you have to look very closely at the bad pictures. It also did not include bolts for the front bracket if you have a factory welded in nut, luckily I have a stock of bolts I keep on hand so I didn't have to go to the hardware store. Once mounted they provided great adjustability. I wish they could have gotten a little closer to the body, but they do sit up closer than the majority of ones I've seen. Now that they are on the truck, I'm not sure how I went without them. Would recommend to someone that is used to working on vehicles. If you don't work on vehicles, or aren't familiar with tools, have your local shop put these on for you or find something with better instructions. It should be easy, but its a puzzle since nothing is labeled or marked, missing bolts, and poor instructions. I installed these by myself without a jack or jack stands; just need a level surface, and be careful when placing the board on the brackets so you don't hit the body panels.

Bought my Go Rhino RB 10 (bedliner coated) boards for my 2023 Ram Rebel 2500. The front brackets did not fit on either side (hit the frame) Realtruck did their best to deal with Go Rhino to get the issue resolved. After several weeks Go Rhino sent new front brackets...They were the same ones I already had!!!! I finally cut out a chunk of metal myself to make them fit. This is my 3rd set of Go Rhino running boards and also my last! Realtruck did what they could and in the end gave me back $50 on the order. No beef with them.

I like the look. But installed there is more gap than I would like. More importantly, the rear end flexes too much with a light step from my 200 lb self. Yes it's tightened, it's the structure itself. I flipped the rear brackets from dictated position which reduced flex a little. Enough for my kids to use but gets a light-duty rating only. Also I ended up with 6 plates and two bags of fasteners I did not need at all for this product. But it was part of the charged bracket kit. So the price is clearly reflecting a generic kit with labor and parts that have nothing to do with what I ordered. Too expensive for what it is given all factors.

The first step is to insert "T" or "L" brackets into the chassis. The middle brackets had to be slightly fashioned because there is not enough room to get them inside the chassis wall. I took the middle bracket to the bench grinder and rounded off one corner and it would slip right. The instructions do not tell you the difference between the driver's side and passenger's side brackets. The is some flexion of these brackets when 190 lbs. step on them. The boards do move because of the gauge of metal used. I REALLY like the way the running boards tuck close to the body.

The running board seem to be good quality but the brackets however still haven't showed up from Go Rhino. So be aware if you want these you'll get the boards but can't mount them to the truck. Been contacting Real Truck customer service about this issue everyday and I get the same response “they can only put in a ticket can't call or get the location or time when brackets will be shipped” had the board for 2 weeks now. Find someone else or good luck on getting your stuff at a reasonable time.

Both boards were scratched in the box. Getting ahold of customer service is difficult. I won't order from here again.

Please be careful when buying certain products from this company. The company claims that it takes go rhino 8-10 business days to ship there product but I've placed and order on 10-31-19. Today is 11-30-19 almost a month. I've sent multiple emails and have not been contacted. Hopefully someone contacts me after this review.
