I've been happy with these Nerf Bars since the time I decided to buy them. The price was right (with free shipping!) and they arrived in a very timely manner. The installation directions were spot on and the install time was less than expected. There were ZERO alignment issues which is not always the case when dealing with frame bolt-ons. The only drawback I found with this product is in the finished appearance. The Nerf bars themselves are very stylish but, in my opinion, the mounting brackets don't push them out far enough from the truck body to really make them stand out as an accessory. An additional 1 ½ - 2" on the length of the mounting brackets would have made a huge visual improvement. Overall I would recommend this product if you are in the market!

I wasn't sure about the position and the stength of the bars when I purchased them. After the install the bars did met or exceeded my expectations. I did make one change as they said that the bolts needed tob be retighted so I used blue locktite to hold the nuts tight. I like the welded ends vs plastic ends they were cheaper too.

I bought these about one month ago and installed as soon as I got them. The details of the instruction were not easy to follow, but easy to figure out. The install went well and the bars definitely enhance my truck's look. They are strong enough to hold me at 235 lbs no matter where I stand on the bar. Great buy and solid product. I highly recommend this product.

These bars are a great value. The fit and finish are quite good and the installation kit was complete. The instructions were very clear and concise. The bars fit perfectly on my 2014 Silverado and are solid, with not a hint of sag when I step on them. Now that I've had them on the truck for a couple of months I can say that they are holding up very well and look as good as the day I put them on, without any rust spots. That's saying a lot after a winter like this in the Boston area. These bars are the best value on the market. Head and shoulders over the crappy bar kit my wife purchased for her new Explorer, which cost quite a bit more than these Rhinos.

I didn't like the fact that the bars weren't a full tube, but actually hollow underneath. They seam to fill with mud easily

I thought it was a little over priced. Once install issues are laid to rest, this product is as good as any other. Tighten up again after awhile and you are good to go. No purchase regrets. The final test will be how well these steps hold up overtime.

After reading the directions one time and one time only, THROW THEM INTO THE TRASH! The only reason to have these crappy instructions is to ensure you have all the parts/pieces, other than that, the pictures and installation portions are WORTHLESS. The install was so much easier once I stopped trying to decipher the directions, it's pretty straight forward and simple "erector set" assembly if you have any semblance of mechanical knowledge...PS, start on the Passenger side since it is the "pain in the butt" side, the drivers side is a breeze. Once installed: 1) they don't hang quite as low as I would like - a) They don't cover/hide the DEF tank, which is an eye sore on the 2014 Chevy 3500HD Crew Cab 4x4. b) You still have to hop into the truck because they mount so high that you can't "step" onto the nerf bars to get into the truck. 2) They do look pretty good once installed 3) Easy to keep clean, however, I haven't allowed them to get much road grime (tar/oil/etc.) on them and tried to scrub it off as I wash the truck every 2 weeks. 4) Re-tightened after first month of use and there was NO movement. Usefull hint...use BLUE Lock Tight when reusing the factory bolts (they had blue lock tight on them in the first place) and as long as you don't "limp wrist" it when tightening the bolts, they will not loosen.

The problem I had was with the T-Bolts that held the mounting bracket to the under side of the Jeep Grand Cherokee. There are four in the mounting kit. I had to drill a small hole in each T-Bolt. Then screw in a small little screw into the hole to keep the bolt in place. I was lucky and drilled little holes right where I wanted into the under carriage next to the hole where the T-bolt was sits. Then it was possible to bolt on the mounting bracket. The very small screw prevents the flat top of the T-Bolt from spinning. Then completing the job is easy without any added help.

This will be my third go-around with GO-Rhino not very impressed. Can't send the correct parts even when they are on back order and have a month to figure it out. Be careful when you order, expect to return once or twice. I'll let you know if i ever get the correct parts I ordered this year, been trying since July most likly if I get the correct parts it will be in December. Love to work on my truck in the cold and snow Thanks!

The brackets that hold the nerf bars are weak... When you compare to these to OEM, the method of attaching the bars to the underside of the vehicle is very poorly designed. I'm not a big guy by any means, and when I step up or put any directional pressure on the side-steps, they visibly 'flex'. I'm wishing now that I bought the OEM's.
