Instructions Easy to follow, is tall took me hour and a half..mostly getting package unwrapped and separated. .first side took longer from reading the directions. .but second side went fast..looks awesome on my truck and they are constructed very nicely. .highly recommend this to anyone

Looks excellent quality is good ... only thing I would change is brackets look a little thin and weak compared to OEM (and only 3 vs. 4 for oem) and screws exposed should be black or powder coated so as to not appear exposed. This is not enough of a gripe for rating decrease, these do deserve a 5 star rating

Installation instructions were a little confusing, but once I figured what bolt to use where, they installed quite easily. The instructions show a different type of bar with a channel on the bottom that make it look completely oval, but these bars are hollow on the bottom side. I thought I actually was sent the wrong order by the illustration. Otherwise, I'm happy with the look and they do the job, only time will tell as to how durrible they are. Placement of the non-slip pads are good for the crew cab if they are installed in the right direction. Again, the instructions do not say which is left or right. Great price at realtruck and they have a excellent customer service dept.

Installation instructions were a little scetchy, anybody with a little know how can get them on with a buddies help. First side took over an hour and once we figured it out the second side only took 15 minutes to install. There were a couple dents it looked like from manufacturing because the packaging was really good so it didn't happen from shipping but once they were on you didn't really notice the dents. Over all they look really good on my 2008 ram 1 ton mega cab.

I'm a 300 lb. guy and I hesitate to step on these really hard to get something out of the back of my truck because it sags quite a bit.

The first set I received had a small defect in the stainless steel, otherwise really easy install and good looking product on my Silverado 1500. Realtruck staff was really great to work with for the RMA and sent me replacement parts fast. I am now 100% satisfied with these Go Rhino parts. I think the brackets could have been made to look a little thicker (more like oem) which is only reason I gave it 4 out of 5.

The installation was not too bad, one bracket was a little difficult to get in. It does take a little longer to install if you are on your driveway crawling under the truck. If the truck was up on a rack then the time they say for install might be good. It took me a few hours. The plastic end caps are the weekest part of the system. Two of them were damaged in shipment. Realtruck was great about getting with Rhino to replace them, but Rhino sent the wrong caps, 4" instead of the 6". Realtruck contacted them again and it took Realtruck having to contack them a second time befor they finaly sent the correct end caps. They sent 4 of them so I have a couple spares in case they are needed in the future.

Really nice-looking and well-made bars. The quality of materials is very good, and the assembly, including any welds, appear excellent. The hardware package includes the brackets and all needed nuts and bolts, and the quality of these are very good. The instruction manual is very basic and includes drawings and pictures. You also need to use the included instructions that come with the hardware package. The written instructions could be better, but anyone with good mechanical ability should have no problem. My only disappointment was some minor dents in the bars which are not very visible once installed. These appear to have been caused at manufacturer since they arrived very well packed and the shipping box was not damaged. Probably a lack of quality control at the place of manufacture. Overall very good item.

1st thing the brackets don't all line up to the mounting holes in the vehicle, 2nd the way the step mounts to the brackets is horrible, the plates that are used barely grab the steps, they need to be longer. The brackets are nothing like the pictures and the installation takes way longer because of the plates not being long enough, only grabs the rolled lip of the bar which may be barely a 1/4". Also the step itself with the bottom being completely open will only allow for all the snow and ice to pack inside and become a messy problem. These bars are nothing like the description and pictures, and for the $ are not worth it, should've spent the extra $ on O. E. M. bars!

Directions were poor and the installation kit did not fit well. Bolts for install were poor quality. The directions said to replace the body mount bolts with the bolts included. Not a good idea. It took alot of adjustment and the bars are still not level. Would not recommend it to anyone. Get solid metal bars from a different brand instead. Oh, and the directions seem to be translated from Chinese. Very hard to read.
