Go Rhino 911000T Sport Bar 2.0 2018 Ford F-150

I researched what I wanted before buying, so I knew what I was looking for. The product was so well packaged and protected, it was like buying fine chine instead of a truck part :-) . The shipping was incredibly fast and the seller kept me updated on status in a very timely manner. Overall was a great experience.

Initially I received an incorrect bracket but RealTruck fixed that very quickly. The installation was done by a automotive shop and even they said it was difficult. However the product looks better than I thought and the quality is great. I'm very happy with my purchase.

once installed the rack looks and functions great, the install was not so great. The assembly required some slight modifications to get the holes to align, a couple rivet nuts needed to be replaced as they were loose out of the box and all the threads needed cleaning up as they were full of powder coating.

Instructions are horrible, and not in english.

I will say GoRhino is responsive and reputable but truth is I received a damaged part of the box. GoRhino did replace it but after long backa nd forth. Now, only a couple months after installation the actuator failed. I did receive a new actuator but not a good feeling all around. Again GoRhino has been responsive and sent replacements but......

Poor quality of assembly . when putting together the cuts are off even when not tightened. Supposed to be a 2 hr job but took 6 due to me cutting gor adjustments. Also Whats up with the cheap alan screws that strip when you barely tighten. Looks cool but even the instructions were hard to follow. 2 person job so be prepared. Gorino has too many adjustments for serious off road and over time these will wear lose. Sorry for rant.

I've never seen something so crooked and poorly made. Nothing in English inside the box. After using the phone for some instructions off the internet and assembling according to the manufacturer placed it on the truck impossible to line up with the cab due to the pieces being cut at different angles and lengths from one side to the other. If you try to straighten it out using ratcheting straps like the instructions say it will bend the one bolt holding the tubes and make it about impossible to take it apart. Huge waste of 8+ hours and a fail for a Christmas present for my wife's new truck.

Professional couldn't install, wasted $400. 00

the front of the bar above the truck looks like they forgot about it and looks bad, also it doesn't fit at all.
