I purchased these instead of going through my insurance. The price was lower than my copayment. They are fairly simple to use, I haven't tried all the settings yet, but my issue was hearing conversations. I say "what?" alot less now. There are 10 volume settings, I have them on 4 typically and use setting 5 for when in a vehicle. One reason I chose these was the gray color, they are behind the ear and hardly noticeable. For instance, I had to tell my son I wear hearing aids now. I also like the portable charger/case.

Got these as back up for hubby's $$$ ones which needed repair. I'll let him take it from here. The sound quality was good most of the time. There were a few people whose voice pitch fell between settings. I was pleased with the Bluetooth functionality, and ability to stream. Now,I'll have my wife use them.....

They seem to be pretty good hearing aids right now I've had them about a month. My issue is they're not quite strong enough or and this is probably the the real meaning I have really bad hearing and so they don't quite go loud enough for me and I can't use the one one of them at all because I can't hear in that ear at all but they got me through in a very bad situation when my good hearing aids broke. And these would be good for someone with mild to moderate hearing loss. Very comfortable very small and discreet you can't really tell I'm wearing it unless you actually are looking for it. Easy to set up and figure out although the first time you need to help her to get everything measured correctly. But it took him less than 5 minutes. If they would go louder for me or there was a better different model that went louder I would make these might go to all the time without even getting professional doctor issued hearing aids. But like I said they got me through a tight spot they delivered 24 hours later so you know because I ordered them late on one day they didn't come the next day but they came the next morning so you know they came quickly.

Bought these for my husband. Just isn't what I am looking for. Too complicated

I was not able to even turn these on!! I did call customer service and they tried to have me remove the tubing to test it and I was not able to do that either. Rather than fight with this from the word GO I am returning them.

Not the best hearing aids I've used. The sound quality is not great especially when you turn up the volume.
