Goasis Lawn Artificial Grass Turf 1.38 Inch Pile Height Artificial Grass Rug 7 x52 for Indoor/Outdoor Garden Lawn

I purchased the 1.38-inch high Goasis grass from the YIWU SUYA TRADING COMPANY through the Walmart site, and I have only good things to say about the product, delivery, and my customer service experiences. When I was notified that my order would be late, I thought it would be very late because no date was mentioned. So I sent a short message to the seller, asking when it would be delivered. When you ask a question for a third-party seller through the Walmart site, the seller has 48 hours to respond. However, I received a response from Yiwu Suya Trading Company within a matter of hours. A customer service specialist named Mia responded to my inquiry, and gave me five-star customer service from start to finish. She politely apologized for the delay, informed me of the steps she had taken to expedite pickup of my parcel and speed actual delivery. In that first communication, Mia took ownership of the case by name. How rare, how lucky, and how wonderful to have an actual person to communicate with. Miya didn't just say “Contact me if you have any problems,” she proactively checked back to confirm that delivery had occurred when her tracking status indicated “Delivered,” and to be sure that my parcel had arrived undamaged (it had), and that I was pleased with my Goasis artificial lawn (I was). Mia provided me with the very best in customer service, so three cheers for that experience, Mia, and the Yiwu Suya Trading Company. My 7' x 8' lawn wasn't rolled, it came in a box. Nevertheless, it went down flat and even with ease, with one or two light folding marks gone within a day or two. The grass looks real, is nice to walk on, and was cut with the care of an artist .  The sides are straight, and the edges are clean, even and uniform. I am using it inside so the clean cut gives it a touch of class! It really looks great. I have had artificial grass before, even Goasis before (love it) but never was it so perfectly cut, and never was the customer service this good. Oh, and for would-be shoppers: I price-shopped carefully and thoroughly for my Goasis lawn. This was the best price by far, beating second-place Amazon by about $20. My purchase through Walmart is verifiable, I am a regular customer who is affiliated with neither Walmart nor the Seller, and I will receive no compensation for this review. This is your lawn, this is your Seller, and if you're lucky, Mia will oversee your order.

This is the best fake grass I have ever bought. every few years we buy this type of grass to put around our pool. Some don't even feel like grass. They are rough and get hot in the sun. This Goasis Lawn Artificial Grass feels like grass, is very soft and doesn't get hot on even 100 degree days. If I get 2 or 3 years out of this I will be very happy and definitely buy it again.

Looks nothing like real grass wrong color, sits flat won't and won't fluff up like real grass, sheds all over the place, and you can clearly see the sewn lines. For the same price you can get real looking grass from Home Depot called Lifeproof Petproof Premium Pet Turf.
