I love this magnesium! I've tried other magnesium supplements for sleep and relaxation purposes, and this is my new favorite. It has a very unique (but yummy) flavor and the actual mg of magnesium is more per serving than the other brand I had used before this product. Works quickly and doesn't upset my stomach. Looking forward to using this product for a long time!!

I absolutely recommend this! I've taken it for almost a week now, just before bed. I sleep like a baby and wake up feeling pretty darn good. I always have trouble sleeping and did way too much surfing through products, descriptions, reviews, etc to find some type of relief. This had decent reviews and rating so I bought it. The lemon lime flavor is super delish (might be too tart for some of you out there) and it is so easy to drink. The first couple of nights I woke up drenched in sweat but I'm guessing that was my initiation because now I don't have the night sweats and I sleep great! The important take away for me was it has to be the COMPLEX for the most benefits.

This product is a convenient way to get in nutrients. I struggle with things like migraines and getting a good night's sleep, and this is perfect for me. This mixes so easily with water, and the taste is pleasant. I find that I am more relaxed and sleep better. Also good in general for stress relief! I am glad I found this product, as it is a nice addition to my daily routine.

I have used this for awhile now and I am a fighter which requires hours of training. I know I lose a lot of nutrients especially magnesium! And with having 3 small children and a hectic schedule this has calmed my anxiety! Highly recommended!!

This helps me wind down and sleep well especially after I work out at night and the adrenaline is still pumping. Its easy to mix into my protein shakes, or just water. Convenient way to get some extra nutrients in without taking a pill.

I love this stuff! It taste amazing and has so many benefits. I use it in the morning with cold water. Im very active and use this for muscle recovery, but honestly magnesium has so many benefits every should put this into their daily routine. Love GoBiotix products. I have tried many different supplements out there. Most Ive had to chug down as quickly as possible because theyre bitter, chalky, thick, or just plain unpleasant. I was very surprised magnesium powder. Not only is the flavor very subtle, but the consistency is nice too. Perfect way to add nutrients to your morning smoothie. You can also add it to your juice or water as it doesnt require masking the taste. I already notice increased relaxation and better sleep quality. Love it!

I am happy with this product. It helps a lot with my sleep and stress. I feel a lot better and can sleep faster and longer than before. When I wake up, I feel refreshed since it relaxes me on my sleep and energized in the morning. I would recommend this.
