the taste is nasty but they work

About 9 months postapartun, I had little energy and felt so fatigued all the time. Still breastfeeding with no plans to wean, I knew something had to change. I came across this Biotix postnatal and figured it was worth a shot. Soon after, my entertainment levels rose. I my skin and hair improved. I felt like myself again and was able to finally enjoy motherhood without feeling so drained. I’m so thankful for this product!

I've recently purchased the postnatal multivitamin with breastfeeding support. I'm incredibly grateful it does not include fenugreek supplements, as that tanks my milk supply. Instead it is filled with all sorts of other quality ingredients to help me maintain a healthy milk supply for my 3 month old son. The vitamins are great. I can tell they're working because I feel sluggish and "blah" when i dont remember to take them. My husband and i decided after multiple different brands, this is the one I will be sticking to.

I was thrilled to find a post-natal vitamin that offers everything I need to be getting from a pre-natal vitamin PLUS milk-boosting herbs and mood-boosting herbs. I think it's the only one like it on the market. Almost a week in and I already feel like I'm getting a slight boost in energy. Great product and will keep buying.

I love this product. I can tell when I forget to take them, my energy and mood lacks midday. I also appreciate all the milk boasting herbs in them, I can really tell a difference in my abundant milk supply!

I have been using Gobiotix postnatal multivitamin since few months. Gobiotix is helping me with milk production and to stay active all day providing with essential nutrition. It is also helping me with hair loss. I recommend it for every mom.

I've tried 3-4 different brands of multivitamins by now and had nausea from each of them: either smell was too strong, or the aftertaste was very bad and lasted very long. With Gobiotix I was surprised to find myself totally fine after taking the capsules. No strong odor and no aftertaste. And I really like the contents of each serving - it includes all necessary vitamins and even lactation support organic herbs, which should boost my milk supply. It doesn't contain Iron though, but I'm taking it separately, so it works for me. Overall, I am happy with these vitamins.

I bought it because it said it can help with my milk supply but I really didn't see any increase.

I bought these because I could definitely tell my body needed some extra vitamins because of breastfeeding. My energy level was so low. These have worked well for me except I take one everyday instead of two and always make sure to eat a meal before taking them. When I would take two like the directions recommended I was feeling nauseous. Overall I feel like my energy level has definitely improved. Be careful! Do not take on an empty stomach or you may feel nauseous.

My breastmilk turned green, which was interesting. The pills do float so usually i lean forward so they float toward the make of my mouth to swallow easily. I think i have a bit more energy, hard to say after a week.
