The price was right, assembly was easy, box not damaged. Granddaughter cant wait for thekid trailer to come tomorrow, me either..haha!! All my neighbors and friends Love the color!!! The only complaint I have is, it should be equipped with a rear tail light that lights up when you break. The headlight is really bright at night.

My husband and I both got one of these. Mine was fine but his will not run. The motor does not turn on. We have tries numerous times but have not been able to get anything from their customer support. I would not recommend this company. Very disappointed in the lack of response to our inquiries

It was delivered damaged along the delivery. Someone threw it down at the rear. The derailer protector bracket was severely bent, then after fixing that the frame had a bend in, and I had to take the derailer off and straighten the frame where the driller mounted then it still didn't want to shift right I had to take it to a bike shop and it cost me $50 to get it straightened out. I would like some reimbursement on the bike thank you.

Love the bike. Only problem was the instructions. Need better instructions step by step. A lot of people buying a e bike for the first time do not know how to put them together

I have used the bike for only 14 miles and the LCD screen malfunctioned it is still operable but after almost 2 months, I still cannot see anything. I bought the extended warranty and I get nothing but the run a round from some ai texting program in china. I will update this review, if someone decides to help me with this situation.

The bikes itself looks to be super strong and we love the design. However, first, the battery can't come out the button to release it doesn't work. Secondly, the bike won't turn on, zero power, nothing - all the cords are plugged in fully charged with a green light from charger after 4 hour charge. Can't return to Walmart - have to connect with company per Walmart. Email has been sent. Definitely not fitting back in the box hours to build from inside box - so I'm curious how this will be handled. Will update ratings after contact.

Received bike and assembled as per instructions. The motor does not work at all. Have tried to reach customer service but do not get a reply. Do not purchase this bike.

Well I have had my bike for two months my lights stop working out of no where ! They are covered under a six month warranty and no one is replacing or responding back to do so !

The bike can't be used anymore, it ussally stop working, my son had to release battery and install to make it work 3 to 4 time when he went to school. Now he doesn't want to use it anymore. Can I return thus bike?

I rode my bike 18 miles n the front brake handle broke off in my hand. Messaged them about it n they never got back to me...i was going to order another bike but not now...bad business i think
