Had to replace the battery after only having it a month but reaching out by email support was great considering time zones

Purchased this for my son who's been pesting for an e-bike and he absolutely loves it. Seems to be well build, assembly was easy, packaged well and protected.

if your looking for a bike or even a electric bike this is a good one to grab at this price its a good value

I really love everything about this bike. in fact after I got one for my son I went and got one for myself so I have two. both have required minimal adjustments/tuning after a pretty easy assembly out of the box. I like e-bikes that feel like real bikes where you can power down and actually get a workout or power up and go for a cruise and this strikes that balance perfectly. highly recommend!

Excelente bike i love it, i used to go to work and its the best, its fast and i did some modifications in the sit for made more confortable and now its like a motorcicle

I think the bike is great, I love the way I am able to get around on it to and from where I need to be or go. I am disabled so it is a great way to travel but in about 43 to 45 days of ownership it stops working for some unknown reason I am not really wanting a refund I just want it to work again. its been kept inside never rained on or wrecked or damaged. I have had the charger checked by a very replical person and can't figure out what the problem is. many people I have encountered say that there are many complaints that its the battery well I don't know and no capability of finding out if it is. all Im asking is for u, Walmart to make it right its under warranty. People what Im saying is think twice b4 getting one, they are great as long as the battery do just all of a sudden stop working, be prepared for it.

It worked great right out of the box. My only concern is that the brakes take longer to come to a full stop.

Tires suck, replaced after one month. Otherwise good bike for the money.

Paid for 750 watts, got 500 watts

nothing but headache within first 24 hrs. Back tire constantly blowing tubes. why pay for 3 yr warranty. i want a refund . Not happy . Love bike but something seriously wrong with back wheel assembly or rim.
