I love this e-trike! The color is so much prettier than the picture. I have received many compliments and people asking where I bought it. Very good value on pricing too!

As a three wheel bike you can not corner fast so the limited speed of 15 mph is as fast as you may want to go . This bike is for those that may have problem with a two wheel bike like the more elderly . Who may not have a problem with slower speeds. Basket in the rear is fine but the bumpy ride may not work for transporting eggs from the local market . you will probley want to install a plank of wood as the bottom is open wire frame. Have used this bike for 50 miles and no problems so far.

A really, really nice etrike! Runs great and goes for a really long time between charges. Makes riding a lot of fun! Only issue is the difficulty keeping the seat from tilting back—have to really tighten down the bolts, could be a prob in future. Same issue with handlebar, likes to slip down at times, so have to really tighten up the fasteners.

The bike assembly was incredibly complicated and parts came welded wrong as well as just missing pieces altogether. The bike is inoperable and I've had to reach out to customer service twice for a refund or replacement. They still have not responded to my request for a refund or replacement. I spent over $700 and have pieces of a bike just collecting dust. Not worth it.

I did not order this but was shipped to me and I received along with the one I DID . I called Walmart and told what happened. They told me not to worry when I received it they refused to take it back. It's still in the original box unassembled. Haven't figured out what to do about it.

At this time, I'm very disappointed. The electric trike came with the rear brake warped and two of three wheels are bent. I haven't even seen it yet. It's at a friend's house being put together. I saved and waited so long for this. I'm super bummed. Hopefully someone can get back to me asap. I'll try calling my local store tomorrow. I've been worried about the battery because of all the bad reviews, but now the warped brake and bent wheels? As soon as I get my hands on the battery, it I'll check it out. It seems to me that better packaging might be something to look at.

I purchased this bike waiting for it to go on sale even settled with a black color cuz it was cheaper bottle warranty 3 months after having the bike I've had multiple problems warranty wouldn't cover it says it's a manufacturer problem manufactured ed contacted me sent videos in has cut all communication so I'm stuck with the bike that does not run does not work! only has 300 miles on it! completely following apart seat covers brakes front tire fell off where the lugs were so cheaply made! please don't waste your money warranty does no good and the manufacturer was a waste of time!

I have reached out to the buyer again, 10/26/2025. The last time I emailed them was October 20th. Why they replied that I have not responded is beyond me. I have also called the company numerous times (213) 786-1286 in Los Angeles, California. Phone rings, goes to music for a short time and then states they are currently closed to leave a message. If this is ever resolved, I will be more than happy to update my review, however, right not my review still stands as a zero!

I am so disappointed that there is NO written or printed step by step assembly manual to verify that our installing the pieces of the product are being done correctly. Anyhow, I did notice a severe product defect where the bicycle chain is impossible to install at the pedal gears due to the framework of the bike being in the way. I have to take the bike over to a bicycle repair shop to have them remove a chain link and re-route the chain so as the frame does not interfere.
