the bikes great lots of fun ,ride i everywhere i go.

Assembly was somewhat simple. Had to adjust the brake %26 balance the wheel so it didn't hit the brake when spinning, that was probably the most complicated part of assembly. The rear brake was making a pretty loud squeal for a while but a bike shop did something to get it to quiet down. My son has gone through a few rear tires %26 is having a blast with this bike. Good value

I bought this bike for my husband's birthday. He loves his bike and I am very happy with my purchase. I recommend this bike to any one who wants.a fast bike.

the bike is great fast delivery, easy assembly, the only things i wish were better is the power and the front wheel isnt centered in the front fork. other than that its awesome. ive had it about one month riding daily and no problems.

the power, associated by pedal assist, this is excellent, especially at my height and weight. the only thing that makes me feel disappointed is No Rear Light installed. but this is highly recommedable product.

gears are too low you find yourself ghost pedaling. the tires wear quickly on this bike. and they are expensive to replace. if you are an occasional Rider it's awesome. if you plan on using it for transportation ,not a good choice.

Paid the extra to have assembled-glad I did! Bikes were bigger than we expected, but like them, other than I'm 5'4” and can't reach the ground when sitting on seat, so have to jump off every time I stop! Very heavy to lift into vehicle! Easy to ride

bike was easy to put together, but the manufacturer obviously didnt even test to make sure the bike worked before they shipped it off. there were 2 wire not connect in the battery port. Thankfully my husband was smart and was able to check and figure it out because it would not turn on and i had submitted a return request. customer service was emailed and reached out about 8 hrs later, after we had already found the issue ourselves. they were wanting us to jump through hoops to return it though, 1 day after delivery.

I ordered 2 of these bikes. One for my husband and one for me to ride together and take it hiking and biking in the catskills and Adirondacks. It was delivered the assembly was easy but 1 of the bikes came delivered with a flat rear tire. It is not driveable. I reached out to the seller on multiple occassions and this issue still has not been resolved. I also contacted Walmart and the issue still has not been resolved. I demand a full refund. I also did not know when you order something from the Walmart site that a 3rd party vendor can sell on here as well. I thought I was purchasing these items from Walmart directly not another seller. Not a happy customer. I plan to finalize a formal complaint and report both to the FCC and contact my attorney.
