Surprisingly a very well made bike. Honestly im very happy although the ad listed 28 mph unfortunately the max is 20 overall im satisfied. it literally took 2 days for delivery I was shocked.

overall its a nice bike , the claim of its speed topping out at 25mph is incorrect, 20 mph is all i could get out of it and i only weigh 165lbs

This is a nice bike for the money very easy to assemble. The bike was packaged nicely also had very nice accessories lights horn rear rack. The only problem I saw was all the sale ads quoted 1000 Watts of power and all the material with bike quoted 750 Watts of power???

It's a beautiful bike I love it and I receive it before 5 days . The issue is the batery you can't drive up 3 hour with full battery. I expect more than 20mh. But I recommend it it's a beautiful ebike

battery died after 3 months apparently the bms wasn't working. ancheer and kingbay keep giving me the run around about how to get it replaced. i have to buy a new battery because they don't cover it in the warranty, though it's half the cost of the whole bike ... 250 to 300 dollars..

bike seems pretty good but not ar all what its described at barely make 20 for top speed advertised at 28 supposed to be fore off road sand snow whatever you need but in the manual says cant even drive through a puddle would never have bought and returning

let me say I'm so very disappointed and dissatisfied. for one it's not ok to false advertize ur merchandise. u talked it up to go 28 mph it goes 19.8 smfh . how childish and unprofessional. like I would y recommend this bike to anyone tho it's made quite well and is a beautiful bike. the point still remains u false advertized ur product. I feel so disgusted in this . I will be reporting u to the better Business bureau. I feel as if something should be done and ashamed at Walmart for allowing falsr advertisement to go on in your on line store

fake description this ebike can go up to 22 mile max and nothing over 28 can go only in your dreams. not receiving a y support on my emails with weeks and i can return now because returning time frame is over. very bad support.
