Durable, almost no odor at all (it smells like rubber if sniff it, but does NOT reek of chemicals common to many similar items manufactured in china), reasonably thick and holds in place well on carpet while doing cardio HIIT for 45-60 minutes at a time. It's also easy to clean sweat off of it because it doesn't absorb the moisture. Of course, due to the size it still takes up a decent amount of space even when rolled up.

This mat is top quality. It comes with its own zippered case and ties that secure the mat inside the zippered case. It is just what we wanted.

I got the 6.5' x 3'. Mine did not come with a case just the Mat. Over all the mat is excellent quality. It's a big enough size to maybe for 2 people comfortably if your exercising on it. I don't plan on putting a Machine on.
