Keep your windshield from getting worse and having to be replaced with this quick, easy, effective do it yourself resin kit. Fixes the tiniest scratch up to significant cracks and spreading chips caused from ricocheting rocks and/or gravel from vehicles in front of you. Fills and stops further spreading in just a few easy steps IMPORTANT followed by 4-5 hrs direct sun or Uv light to cure. MAKE SURE WILL HAVE TIME FOR PRODUCT TO CURE UNDER UV LIGHT OR IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT
This contains the resin, 4 small sheets of plastic to cover the wet resin with, and a razor blade to scrape the excess. It essentially is enough to fix two rock dings on a windshield or 1 small to medium crack. You may need more if you have a larger crack. I have an RV that routinely gets a new rock chip almost every trip we go on. I am keeping this in my rv tool kit. Yes you can or your insurance pay to have the spots fixed, this will run about $100 a spot.
I hardly never leave reviews but this one i had too! I was skeptical of buying this product knowing it probably didnt work but decided to try it. IT WORKS! dwear this stuff is like vodoo in a jar!! best buy of the year!!
My husband was excited to get this he immediately opened it and used it on the crack that we have on our car which is small not to long so far he loves the out come, the crack disappeared immediately applying was easy.
Tried item on my cracked glass on my iPad,it was a small crack,it worked as a temporary fix ,and I did not have to go out and purchase a new iPad.
Can't wait to see how this does. Have a couple dings in windshield nothing bad enough to warrant a new windshield. This will be perfect
works on long cracks and short cracks. tools included. it's very easy to use. just follow the instructions.
It's hard to use because you need to clean the area (expected), add the gunk, park in sunlight, wait, scrape off the excess, then clean the area. I tried that. It filled in maybe 1/3 of the crack area under the coat and even that was still visible. I tried it again on the "hit point", and it was worse. I may have done it wrong, but I followed the instructions twice on different areas.
Our windshield had a long scratch on it from a stone that got caught under the wiper on the passenger side. We cleared up about 80% with this kit. There are some spots we didn't do it as well, but it is so much better than before. I would suggest you practice on something else first. And don't try to do too much at a time. That's when we made mistakes.
no clear directions. not sure what to do. i guess it's ask old Google time. i do not recommend this item
